In case you are a minor, you need the permission of your legal guardian to commission me.

NSFW commissions are 18+ only

I will not start the commission until it is paid.

I can refuse any commission.

I can cancel any commission at any given time (with a % refund, depending on the stage of the commission).

The commissioner can cancel at any given time.

The payment can be through Paypal, Kofi and artistree (Mercado Pago or Ualá if the commissioner is from Argentina too)

My prices can change at any given time (but will not affect if the commissioner already paid)

Adding characters and/or backgrounds will affect the price

The price may go up depending on the complexity of the commission

The commissioner/I can’t get/give a refund if the commission was paid and finished.

For refunds, if the commission/s weren’t started or are in a very early sketch stage it will be a complete refund.

For cancellation for any given party, a % refund will be discussed depending on the stage of the commission (for example cancellation on the final/preview sketch will be a 90% refund, cancellation in the color stage can be a 70%-20% refund depending on the type of the commission).

Once finished and completely paid, the commission is yours, but you must credit me.

My commissions can’t be used as NFT.

All commissions can be used in a personal way.

If the commission is planned to be used commercially, it must be discussed before I start the commission.

I will only work with a clear reference of the character, but the pose, background, and/or expression can be with a description (but it will be extremely helpful if you can provide imagines for reference).

I will send a watermarked sketch preview for approbation, in this stage, any change can be given big or small.

After the preview sketch is approved, only small changes can be applied, but if need it, the commissioner will have to pay a fee for a bigger change.

If you want creative freedom on my part, tell me before I started the commission.

You can ask for W.I.P’s that will be watermarked and some parts blurred

For unblurred and without watermarked W.I.P’s can pay a $3 fee.

I’m okay with doing a collab with other artists, but both parties need to be informed.

I can have a due date, the minimum due can be 3 weeks (when I start the commission).

Tips aren’t needed but are extremely appreciated

If the commissioner is rude, unhelpful, uncollaborative, aggressive, and makes working with them hard, I can cancel the commission without giving a refund.
